At Ottawa Public Health, we are committed to providing safe, inclusive, and high-quality services that meet the needs of the community. 

A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction related to an Ottawa Public Health (OPH) program, service, policy, employee, volunteer or learner made by a complainant who believes that OPH has not provided a service experience or program to their satisfaction and a response is explicitly or implicitly expected.
